Absolutely amazing experience here! I needed an emergency alternator change on the way home from Florida on New Years Eve. I called ahead to ask if they could do it and once confirmed I headed over. They were able to get my vehicle in almost immediately and gave an estimated completion time of two hours. They had it done in 30 minutes!! While the three of us and our puppy waited in the office, the manager was so kind and pleasantly conversed with us. Thank you, Ashley Auto Repair!

I’ve given these folks several opportunities to do the work on my vehicle, the owner can’t even show up for work on time. Two days in a row they’ve wasted after I waited five days of holiday to get out of the way to get in their shop. Save yourself a headache go to Rainey‘s. I could’ve had my alignment done two weeks ago. This place is a joke.
