Was on the freeway and kept hearing a noise like something came loose and was hitting my car. Stopped in at Ashtabula Body & Fender to see if they did walk ins. Were busy at the time, gave me a day and time, which was today. He came out and got under my car and saw that I somehow broke a clip that held part of the area behind my passenger rear wheel, he put a new clip on and fixed it for me for practically nothing, I had to give him more money. He was so kind. It's nice to find that there are people like this still around.

Got my car back after hitting a deer did about 4500 in damage and they did an excellent job I recommend them to anyone needing work done Thanks again to them all fir a wonderful job.

So amazing!!!!! I took my suv in after hitting two turkeys and it came back better than ever. Along with the repairs I asked to have my gold (yuck) bow tie emblems painted black. They had to be painted by hand due to their size, and they are perfect. The owners were so attentive to detail and took such great care of my car (my life line). As a full time mom, wife, taxi service (for the kids), worker, volunteer, and every other thing us moms do on a daily basis 😉, I couldn’t have been happier. So THANK YOU to Ashtabula body and fender for their impeccable work ethic, welcoming attitudes and timely service. And it didn’t break the bank for me, very affordable but still done right. I can not thank you enough.
