Route 20 Auto Repair

I’ve been coming here with my car for a couple of years now and they always take the best care of my old Honda! They send a very thorough and detailed inspection report with my oil change so I know what else may need to be done immediately or in the future. They will even take you back to show you yourself and include pictures in the inspection report. Guys that work there are all nice, honest and will help you anyway they can. If something needs done immediately, it is always done in a timely manner (usually same day if possible!). My car stays up to date on maintenance and I feel safe on the road. Not to mention the warranty on their parts is crazy good. Had to get my rotors replaced and it was at no cost since I had the parts warranty. Is it the cheapest shop? Maybe not, but the quality

Well...my truck broke down on 90 and I had it towed to them. They were a week out and to my surprise. I recieved an email...with pictures... in 3 days telling me what's going on with my truck. Talked to a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman that gave me the details and price of the repair. They had it done the very next day. The mechanic even showed me the part that was damaged. Very impressed with this shop. Will definitely come again for my upkeep. Update; truck is still going strong. Been back for a regular oil change and they are still very courteous. Even gave me a ride to work and they picked me up. Best shop ever!

Had major engine repairs done to my vehicle, not only did they stay on schedule with getting it done. They also had a loaner vehicle at the ready so I didn’t miss a beat with day to day task! They even went out of their way to even save the old damage parts to show me when I came to pick up my vehicle. I definitely will be a life long customer. You just don’t see this type of workmen’s ship anymore along with friendly staff.

Basic (bob) review. They're great. Service is great. Cassandra es la mejor. We've never experienced more transparency and genuine empathy from an auto repair staff top to bottom as We have this place. Been going to them about 3 years now with multiple vehicles experiencing problems from engine trouble, electrical components, to chassis repair and more. Perfect mix of professional and relatable, accountability, and an eagerness to provide complete satisfaction. If you're good to them as a customer, they'll be even better to you as a service provider.

Rt. 20 AUTO is awesome! Such a great team. I am always so pleased whenever I take my Cruze there but especially this time. I had a minor accident and they took such care and made my car nice again. It was repaired and drives wonderfully and looks amazing. Will ALWAYS refer people to them. Thank you guys! Sorry the insurance company was so annoying! Haha
