I called to get a simple quote to install and register a BMW X5 xDrive40i battery. I already purchased the battery directly from the BMW dealership, so this wasn’t anything complicated or urgent — I just needed to be register to the vehicle. The person I spoke to on the phone was unprofessional and not helpful at all. He kept repeating that he “only works with his batteries,” even after I explained multiple times that the battery was OEM from the dealership. On top of that, he couldn’t even get the vehicle model right and kept saying the wrong BMW model like he wasn’t listening.
