Mercedes-Benz Service Center St. Augustine

I am very excited that this guys are now open! Not only the Mercedes but also the Porsche Service Center right next-door! I went there today to service. My Mercedes and the experience was beyond five stars! Friendly staff, and they also have a nice kitchen on site with a great chef and awesome food! Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here. They got my Sprinter in on short notice and were completely professional from start to finish. Everyone was kind, the service was done in a reasonable timeframe, and the van was ready to roll without any issues. A big bonus I’ve never seen at any other Mercedes service center: they have an in-house chef who’ll cook you breakfast while you wait. I’ve been to several Mercedes dealers over the years and that was a first — and a really nice touch. Very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend this location.

Amazing service very fast and extremely professional. I came in for a battery and tire replacement, and Mercedes delivered a truly VIP experience from start to finish. Bachar was outstanding. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, smiling, and made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable. Top-class service all the way. Highly recommended! It’s the only Mercedes service center I’m ever going to ever again.

This new Service Center in San Augustine is amazing, great costumer service and the place is brand new, I’m very pleased with the purchase and the service for my new GLC AMG. Thank you Behar, Adam,Daniel and the whole team!!!!

Today I went to have my Mercedes-Benz serviced at the Mercedes-Benz Service Center in Saint Augustine. The gentleman Mr. ADAM FLESHMAN greeted me and explained what service my car needed and the price. He then made me a good coffee and took me to the cafeteria where I had an excellent breakfast. After two and a half hours, my car was ready, impeccably clean. I HIGHLY recommend this service center THE BEST AMONG THEM.
