Astrojet Towing sent Jeff to pick up my SUV and take it to my auto mechanic’s garage on 09/26/2025. Jeff was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He identified what was actually wrong with my vehicle in my driveway, and he was absolutely correct. It was a pleasure to deal with Astrojet Towing. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle towed. Great company and great people.
Three hours ago: I am seeking feedback regarding my recent interaction with Jeff at Astrojet Towing in Lexington, North Carolina. They picked up my nephew's car, and said the amount to get the car is $360 for rotation and $75 for the weekend. Just three hours ago they picked it up. $435 dollars!!! When I raised concerns about potential price gouging, the representative, Jeff disagreed. Additionally, when I mentioned posting about my experience on social media, the representative displayed a lack of concern and hung up. What are your thoughts on this business practice? I dont know about you but I am tired of people... taking advantage of those less fortunate. We are only wanting to pay what is fair. What do you think is fair??? Gouging!!!
Wow. May I just say this place is amazing! Great friendly people and AMAZING PRICES! I would recommend this place over anybody! For now on calling South Main Astrojet!
The gentleman from Astrojet who towed my car was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. Affordable towing price as well. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future if needed!
Love, love, love these guys. They have responded promptly and professionally every time we have needed them. Recently we needed a large truck towed from Greensboro to Lexington late on a Friday afternoon. They immediately dispatched a driver and had our vehicle safely towed in no time! We have tried other tow companies in the Lexington area and had inconsistent experiences. From here on out, Astrojet is our first choice! As a bonus, here's a pic of my kid thumbs upping by the tow truck on I85 😂😂
