I love it here! Second car I’ve dropped off consistently. The staff are amazing. I’ve grew a bond with Caleb in the quick lane and it’s always nice to walk in to smiling faces. If I ever had an issue it was resolved instantly. The service is amazing including the shuttle ride in which I never wait for more than 5 mins. This will forever be my Ford of choice. Thank you to the staff!! One time my car wasn’t done before I could make it back to the shop before closing and they gave me a really nice loaner for the night that I considered purchasing. They trust their customers and I trust them! I hope to one day walk off their lot with a vehicle. Unfortunately what I wanted at the time of my purchase wasn’t in stock but I still keep up with “The works” and tire purchases with them specifically.

Bought a used 2020 GMC Canyon Denali from Atchinson in early October. The purchase process went smoothly- Wess was great to work with, and everything from the test drive to the paperwork was quick and easy. The truck’s been great overall. About a week after delivery, the battery died and had to be replaced, which was a little disappointing given how recently I bought it. A local Ford service center confirmed the issue. I reached out to the dealership, and although they couldn’t reimburse the battery, they did offer a complimentary oil change, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d still recommend them- professional team, smooth sale- but a bit more flexibility on something that soon after purchase would’ve really stood out.
