Victory Lane Quick Oil Change (Belleville)

Very honest, will do their best to get you the best price they can, and are very nice. The manager directed me to the coupon that they have on the website, saving me 15 dollars. They won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need, and will tell you if they would actually replace it or not for themselves. Amazing experience, especially for people like me who do not know much about their cars. The manager explained to me what they were doing, and double checked all of their work just to make sure it worked fully. They also didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing some questions or having multiple things going on with my car.

Employee P73, who I believe is named Kylie is extremely unprofessional and handled my dip stick being broke by lying that it was already like that and just overall bad service. The manager Matt fixed the issue, and gave me a new dip stick and offered $30 off the next oil change due to the back and forth of trying to get it resolved. I wasn’t happy about the dip stick being broken but the manager Matt took care of everything and resolved all issues, I would still recommend going to this place, maybe avoid service from that woman though.

They have some amazing people working there especially the young lady she always feels my tires up cuz she's amazing and then Matt is also amazing he's also the other one that helps all the time anytime I need air in my tires he's awesome and helps me out anytime Chris is awesome very very awesome. Plus after I left I got $20 off of an oil change that I'm due for thank you guys for your great service. I'm sorry I can't remember the young lady's name she's been working there for a while I'm sorry I can't remember her name you guys wrote me back already saying thank you but I do want her to know that she is part of the three of you guys that are awesome I really hope the next time I come in I see Chris is smiling face because without his smiling face like he makes my day feel like if I'm dow

Came in 11/28 for a oil change cus I knew I was already due. The text message with the black Friday deal sealed the deal. I came in. Even with a long line of cars they got me in and out quickly. Super professional. Checked my battery and even checked if my tires were safe even though that's not a typical service. Washed my windows. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient! This will be my go to place!

I could move to another area and I’m certain I would still drive to this location. We’ve always thought the customer service was great, but it’s been absolutely over the top wonderful since Matt became the owner. Other than being so funny and personable, he’s also incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He likes to teach and answer questions! And he is always thanking us for coming to him. I never feel pressure to purchase anything or feel judgement if I decline an upsell. So impressed and highly recommend.
