The alternator on my 4runner stopped working and I made the questionable decision to buy a new one and install it myself. Unfortunately, I could not manage to get the new one to fit. I called and spoke to Dorian about the issue and to discuss timeline and cost for finishing the job for me. Dorian was very intrigued and impressed by a young woman attempting the job itself. Instead of letting me tow my car to his shop and have him complete the work, he offered to bring a grinder to my house to grind the new piece down to get it to fit so I could continue working from there. Not only did he come within the hour, but he had to run back to the shop after arriving to get a replacement battery for the grinder. My best auto mechanic experience ever. I highly recommend Dorian. I was visiting from out of town and did not know any mechanics. Turned out my car did not have a problem.
