Turo will never stick by their host When it comes to problems I have had a guest junk my car Turo did nothing I have filled up the gas tank and it came back not full Turo did nothing I have had a charger stolen Turo did nothing and the list goes on with Turo so this is my opinion Please Think before you use this Turo because every thing will be on you because Turo takes n o responsibility for nothing But to say they are sorry I will until I don't need them anymore I am retired military and a widow senior Turo doesn't care

First time using Turo. The first host cancelled and they took a last minute booking which I was extremely thankful for. Communication was amazing and pickup with smooth. There were a few spills on the seats and the brakes were a bit concerning at times. But overall great experience.

I only use Turo and I'm never disappointed. All renters have always communicated clearly and have nice, clean, and reliable cars.
