So I bought a vehicle from these guys Dec 29th!! They were so nice so kind I asked lots of questions to the owner before I took the car like are there any known issues questions that had I known the answer too I probably wouldnt have drove the car from Buford to Augusta Ga but I was told no everything was great with the exceptional wear and tear!! I loved the vehicle color inside and out car drove so smoothly!! I’ve driven this car all of 4 times since I got it simply because I work from home so I don’t drive a lot. Jan 9th I had an appointment for an oil change and an inspection because since Dec 29th I have put 3 quarts of oil in the car a bit much for a car but it was ok because it is a high mileage vehicle so I thought this was normal!! I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent purchase of a 2017 Ford F-350 Platinum from Atlanta Luxury Motors in Buford, GA. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was priced significantly above fair market value. After negotiating, I was initially dismissed and treated disrespectfully, with staff questioning my knowledge and intelligence regarding the truck. Approximately ten minutes after I left, I received a call back agreeing to my offer — which raises serious concerns about the integrity of the pricing from the beginning. Despite paying a substantial amount for this vehicle, the dealership refused to perform even basic maintenance prior to delivery, stating they were “losing big” on the deal. No oil change, no inspection, and no fluid servicing was completed before I took posse

me and some friends were looking at a x5 they had and one of my friends went inside to see if we could look and test drive one of the cars my friend really wanted the guy in there was very rude. as me and my friends were looking in side of the x5 WE WERE PLANNING TO BUY FROM THEM. they said they were sending someone out to lock it because we were setting in it If you can’t be nice or helpful or sell good reliable cars or judge the way someone is dressed or looks then don’t be in the car selling business. very disgusting

This is my first time buying a car I would say I really enjoyed my experience everything was very smooth. Called about the car, came in to see the car test drive and financed the car and finished the deal the same day! Very good service. Would recommend :)
