Atlanta South Bus Repair

PERSONAL BUS OWNERS BEWARE! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! We took our bus here on Mon, Feb 3, for an appt for suspension repairs. They promised they would have the bus ready the following day; they reassured this multiple times because it was very crucial that we know how long we need other housing. We were a couple hours late due to extraneous circumstances (I am disabled, and my health is variable). We were told that because of that, they may need to keep it 2 nights instead of 1. Though not ideal, it felt reasonable enough. However, on the second day, they said they had not begun work on our vehicle yet because they were waiting on a part for another vehicle. We told them then, that if it would not be ready by the next day, we would just come get it and reschedule. They explained th

1 star maybe 0 stars. Our motorhome broke down in Atlanta GA and got towed there. Put in the back of a mini bus junk yard. Looked at it the next morning. Replace the fuel filter, which I strongly suggest, and a broken vacuum hose. Still would not start. There only machanic they have said it was the throttle body. I question that and he walked away. Then we found out that they were closed Friday to Monday. They wanted to bring in an expert Monday morning then it turned out he could not get there till 1pm. Been sitting 5 days now. Had enough. Got towed to another shop, thanks Coach net. Looked at it right away, bad fuel pump. Fixed next day So what I am saying is DO NOT GO THERE. WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY.

I purchased my first bus to rebuild as a skoolie from this dealer. I was very nervous, but they made the process easy and understandable as someone who doesn't do this regularly. They even delivered the bus to my home, which was really a make or break deal for me. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a great deal; the bus i purchased had very clearly been cleaned up to sell and it was clear it had not just been sitting in a lot without maintenance.

I purchased a wheelchair van from here. This was an older van, with high miles so I was cautious. These guys were very patient with me and were accommodating with all my requests. They even made the modifications I requested on the vehicle. I was unsure and they were very patient. And, after I purchased the vehicle and took it home.. there was a problem with the ramp. They brought me in the next morning, made the repairs, helped me with everything... all free of charge. These are some good people.. I will be using them again. Thanks !

The mechanics do excellent work, and the office personnel initially did an amazing job working with us on getting the most important work done to stay within our budget for the repairs we needed. After we dropped our bus off, communication was horrendous. They rarely updated us, even when the repair time was stretching out farther and farther. We had to get a hotel room during repairs, and they consistently missed their promised update calls. We would call back hours after they said they would update us, and have a new list of problems they ran into with longer timelines for repairs, meanwhile, we're having to check out of our hotel room while they're not answering calls and not updating, only to have to check back into the hotel.
