Took my vehicle here to get new spark plugs and they left one of my ignition coils unplugged resulting in a engine misfire. I brought my car here bc of their high ratings and close proximity. I brought my own parts and paid a feasible amount for labor. A few weeks later my engine light began to blink and my car was making a loud rattling noise. I contacted them several times to see if I could bring it back. I was told Fong (who does estimate would rerun in a few hours) and continued to get the same message “call back in 2 hours, he’s not hear yet” after calling a few times throughout the day. I called again the next day and no answer. Thankfully, they didn’t respond and I had a reputable mechanic diagnose and fix the simple issue. I think these guys rushed my work and lack accountability.

This shop is no joke. I 100% recommend it. Customer service is awesome. No high evaluation fees and QUALITY WORK. It is so hard to find honest people who does not take advantages of females. I had plans of trading my 2010 Lexus is250 but I I've changed my mind. The car runs like a new car.

Got my radiator replaced yesterday (10/11/25) I am a VERY satisfied customer. The Guy was very professional with a positive attitude.. I definitely recommend service to anyone who’s in need of car repairs.

I stopped by here to get a quote and possible leave the car for service on a new skid plate. A worker looked me in my eye and didn’t say hello or acknowledge me. I went into the office. No one was there, I wait a while then eventually walked over to the service area. Again being ignored. Finally a different worker comes over, after me attempting to get a few people attention, only to tell me they don’t do that repair here.
