So the initial shopping experience was decent but the used truck world is a rough one but I ended up finding something at this dealership on online that sound good from description. He urged me to come see it and it was “perfect” no damage. Only to come 2 hrs to see it and the rear camera doesn’t work , right side mirror broken and to top it off I had to put rotors and pads all around first week I had it . In addition he lied and said the check engine light code was something he fixed but he really just cleaned it .sp I gotta get that fixed and it’s a rear dent on bumper, paint needs touch up but yea “perfect truck “ . **BEWARE** Don't do business here. I purchased a 2017 Ford F-650 rollback from ACV auctions for 33K then the next day he calls into the auction and said he has it sold retail. Here I already closed my business for 2 days to travel and get it. 10/10 would not recommend doing any business with this guy. ** To reply to this review - ACV Auctions is a third party platform that you used to sell the truck, you negotiated in the app until about 10:30 last night 2/2/2026. You decided to list the truck on ACV auctions, ACV did not reach out to you and list the truck. I don't think someone walked into your car lot at 11:00 2/2/2026 and purchased the truck last night and when I called on 2/3/2026 at 10:30 I spoke with you and verified to pick up the truck.

Great family owned/local business to support vs the big dealerships that only see a wallet walking in the door. On my recent visit to their auto lot, they had a good variety of trucks there for me to look at and test drive. I mentioned that we'd have a teen driver on our home soon and they said they can work w/ us to help find something for him too. Great customer service & inventory knowledge out on the lot and inside the sales office. They were a pleasure to deal with and certainly earned my respect and business.

Had an excellent experience at Atlantic Auto Sales! Andrey took the truck to the shop for our scheduled pre-purchase inspection yesterday. We drove down from Wilmington, NC today, and after a test drive, they had us in and out quickly. Highly recommend!
