They did it again. a great service from economy rental car. this year this is my third time renting a car from this company this year that went above and beyond helping me with my situation. when my airplane being so delayed we got to Oaxaca so late. they stayed late so they can give me a great service and a big thanks to Flor.P Economy has a great employee. she was a big help with my airplane situation I highly recommend this company to rent any car to come visit Oaxaca

I purchased a new vehicle here with IQ.DRIVE clearly listed on the window sticker — a major safety and driver-assist feature — but no one ever told me it was included, explained how it worked, or helped me activate it. My mom literally asked about it 100 times and they looked at her every time like she had five heads. I left the dealership unaware I even had it. I only found out about the feature later from a friend — not from the sales team. Even more concerning, I later learned that a sales manager at the dealership was fired over this issue. That shows it was taken seriously internally — but despite that, no one ever contacted me to acknowledge the mistake, offer an apology, or make things right. Couldn't say enough good things about my experience today purchasing my new Jeep. From the moment I stepped foot into the place Chris Robinson gave me exact 💯% of what I asked for at the number I asked to be at. I told him I had to be out of there by certain time and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. By far this has been my most pleasant car purchasing experience, worth our hour trip and will highly recommend not only Chris, but the entire establishment 👌💯
