Atlantic INFINITI Service Center

Our sales rep Steven was excellent. Do not trust their loan application group. Ended up replacing their loan with another, even though they claimed to request financing from a bank I have done perfect business with for over 40 years. Go with financing in hand. But Steven was great!!!

Our 2019 QX80 was having trouble when shifted into reverse. Later the car wasn’t starting. We had the car dropped off at Atlantic Infiniti by family, while my wife and I were out of town. Yaz, the Service Advisor accepted the car in by the dealership. I spoke with him by phone n explained what was happening. His reply, “I got you”. He really did. When I got back into town a few days later, he had a loaner vehicle for us. He explained the power train was the issue n we needed a new transmission. Fortunately for us, it was completely covered by the 70,000 mile warranty. A new transmission was shipped to the dealership n during that time, we were provided with a new QX80 loaner. Great service all around and a big shout out to Yaz in the service department for taking very good care of me. He was very courteous and professional and made me feel at home while I was there. Much better experience here than at Infiniti of Orange Park. I highly recommend this place for service for Infinitis in the Jacksonville area!

Terrible experience. I went in to look at cars and was immediately bombarded by Tony the GM who kept pushing me to buy something that was outside my price range. I told him multiple times I needed to think about it, but he kept trying to get me to sign paperwork right away. It felt like they were trying to trap me into a sale without letting me look at my options. Very unprofessional, I would avoid this place.

I’ve been an Infiniti customer since 2006 and have always had excellent care @ Atlantic Infiniti. The service department is great and my car is returned to me looking better than when it was dropped off. The work performed is always completed in a timely fashion, and done right the first time. The service department personnel especially Emily is helpful and extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My current QX56 has only been serviced at Atlantic Infiniti and will continue to only be serviced by them. I never worry when my auto is in their care and that’s says a lot in this economy
