We always had a great experience with Atlantis until the last few months. I do believe the tech that had been there forever left and we have had nothing but issues since. In 2 months our truck went in 3 times to fix a leaking window replacing it each time. The third time they offered to put in a standard rear window instead of a sliding window and when we picked it up it was a slider. It was raining and rain was pouring in through the back window. We brought it back and they stated that that's how windows worked and to give it time it would stop leaking. We finally took it to another glass shop and he stated that the window was for a different year truck and that it was not installed all the way, and that the gaskets had been destroyed by trying to put in an incorrect window. Thank you Atlantis Glass for saving the day! We had a bit of an emergency with one of our work vans and a shattered windshield, these guys got our window replaced within 48 hrs. They were so nice, professional and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone!

They took awesome care of me and my Xterra and even pointed out some problem areas(My X has lived an outside life and had some rust) before they fixed them. I was treated very well and I was immediately pulled into the shop at my appointment time and it took about an hour. They were also super nice to me.

Setting up an appointment was fast and easy. I made the appointment over email, and received a quick response and an appointment the next day. They were fully ready to do the repair while I waited. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding and they did not have the correct glass. When that was found out, they attempted to rectify the situation, but still didn't get enough information to get the correct part or provide a correct quote. So, be very careful to be certain they have the full information needed for the work. What window? Which side? Is it a power window? Exactly what year, make, model and trim package?
