If there was a zero star that is what I would give this place. I took my Ford for an oil change a year or so ago. It was leaking oil from the filter. They said it was to rusty the oil filter was rusted thru. I changed the oil myself the filter wasn't rusty at all. I reached up and twisted the filter of with my fingers. It was just loose. Two days ago they wouldn't change the oil on my Tacoma because the filter housing was to tight. I went and bought the tool for the housing and everything else I needed for twenty dollars less than just the price of the oil at this joke of a business. And my niece could have loosened the filter housing this place is a joke!
Pulled in for an oil change in my 2019 Ram Promaster. They turned me away because they claimed they didn't have the tool to remove the oil filter. So they turned down my business because of a $10 tool. I drove to Hood River Valvoline that was more than happy to take my $120 for doing service on my Promaster. Guess the Tillamook one needs to go to economics classes. I would have even waited for them to run to the auto parts store.
Caught them when I was in town. In and out no problems. The only thing is, they do not take corporate coupons or discounts.They're independently owned.
Staff was friendly and focused. I was very comfortable and appreciated their professionalism.
Transmission fluid change was fone correctly and efficiently. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.
