requested an estimate to replace the window regulator on my passenger window. They responded immediately and sent a technician the same day even though it was late in the afternoon. Jorden arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasantly allowed me to watch him work. I would highly recommend this company! Ask for Jorden. He's a great tech.

Can't say enough good things about Atlas. All 3 people I've dealt with have been super nice and helpful. When it was raining too bad for them to replace the rear sliding hatch window in my 4Runner at my house, they came and picked it up, brought it to their shop to replace and brought it back to my home. Price was more than fare as well for a job well done. Toyota wanted $900 Atlas charged much less than half that amount!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY TERRIBLY SCRATCHED THE HOOD PAINT OF MY CAR DURING INSTALLATION AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. The scratches are only right next to the edge of when windshield. I noticed the scratches when I went to hand wash my car a few weeks later. The scratches are not visible from the driver seat and I park in a one car garage at home, as well as a low light parking garage at work. The company told me the scratches look like they are from a tree (laughable). They argued their post install video doesn’t show scratches - and that is simply because the camera was not only too far/unfocused but taken in the shade! Could not belive it! Memorial Day weekend. I knocked out my back glass on F250. They went to shop in Dallas, came back to Georgetown and performed a mobile install. Miles and Ivan are the best. Great communications, excellent surface, and saved my weekend before the rain. Highly recommend! I will use again, hopefully not for a long time but I am accident prone 😀

I am an out of state parent of a university student who had the unfortunate experience of having her car window smashed. I took a chance and called Atlas, and they took great care of my daughter’s situation. They were very responsive and per my daughter they “could not have been nicer!” Thanks, Atlas!
