Jay helped me get back into my vehicle at nearly 3am when no one else in 10 calls answered the phone and my insurance company couldn't get the job assigned. Showed up quicker than expected, and he was funny polite and got the job done very quickly. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing. Had engine trouble and couldn't leave my vehicle behind. Frank was polite and came exactly when he said he would. (Maybe 30 mins) and was the most professional towing and recovery driver I've ever met. Got my wife and I home safely and promptly and was pleasant to be around the entire ride home. Atlas Recovery & Towing has five stars for a reason. They are friendly, skilled, and flexible when it comes to towing. They have amazing customer service skills and their towing proficiency is top notch. We used their services to tow a 69 Triumph GT 6 on Columbus Air Force base and when we ran into multiple issues concerning base access, Atlas recovery had no issues working with us. The tow ended up being two hours due to issues with the base, and Atlas towing never showed any animosity towards us and didn't not raise the price(which was $85). They were so caring and kind, that they even went out of their way to call another driver, who was off that day and possessed military base access, to ensure we could get the car on base. Atlas Towing, I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your assistance. Wesley was my operator and although I do not know the first thing about towing I think he did an excellent job. He communicated when he was on his way and when he arrived. He executed the tow with extreme professionalism. I noticed he did not rely solely on the back up cameras but continuously exited the vehicle to ensure he was in proper alignment and would not cause any damage to my vehicle. At no point did I feel as though I had no idea what was going on. He was very friendly. The truck was clean (I had to ride with him back to the house) and smelled good. And he knew I just finished work and continually tried to make me as comfortable as possible offering to adjust the air or help me move my seat back. I e

I officially met Frank 2 days ago bought a car from him today and I'm here to tell you that he's a straight shooter which is more of what we need in this town and very professional and I didn't hesitate to take him up on his offer that he had for a car and he will spot on with everything he said , he had delivered the title to me.
