Cox automotive services were amazing. My husband called them at 8am for a water pump to be repaired and not only was the service amazing but the car run was brand new. When we arrival to the Cox auto shop at 11am and after explaining to Mr. Cox that we were travelling to Maryland, they took the car in right away to begin the repair. Mr. Cox stayed at his shop until 7:30pm to make sure we would not have any problem traveling back home to Maryland. Mr. Cox, your service was one of a kind and you are a very kind man. Mr. Cox is a good strong Christian man who is always respectful. He and his helper are very thorough and get it right the first time. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for his work. I recently brought my car to him after another garage charged me for a part that didn't fix it. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He is th e only real mechanic I trust when it comes to major repairs.

Was searching for a certified Jasper engine repairman, and Mr. Cox was one of them. Talked with him, and he assured us that he would look over our daughter's vehicle (which left her stranded) as if it were his own daughter's. She is young, and we live a few hours from Columbus, so we needed someone who had her best interest/safety in mind. He gave it a good looking over, fixed the issue in just a short time. Mr. Cox spent quite some time on the phone with my husband explaining different things, and he is very personable. We will not hesitate to use and recommend this business again!

Great experience! I highly recommend Cox Automotive. I brought my 4runner in for work on the brakes and it turned into much more but Jeff took the time to explain what was needed. He is a patient and honest guy and I will be bringing them my business in the future.
