One of my vehicles was towed by this company, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. After discovering my vehicle had been taken, I went to the tow yard and waited an extended period before a representative was even available to assist me. When I was finally able to retrieve my vehicle, I discovered significant damage that was not present prior to the tow. When I questioned what happened, I was initially told no one had entered the vehicle. Later in the conversation, I was told the driver did in fact enter it to “straighten the wheel.” What made that even more concerning was that there were pink spray paint remnants left on the driver’s seat and on the interior door handle — after I had already been told no one entered the vehicle.
