I got my breaks donehere, and they forgot to add new brakes. I paid a good amount for service and they did that. I am just really disappointed now.

$1,800 April 27, 2023 now July 17,2023 owner diagnosed truck and was turned in. Truck was not fixed! Diagnosed it 3 times! And now he’s diagnosing it with something else! Unbelievable and still don’t get the truck back! I’m all about being local but this is not the place! Safe yourself time and money!!

The place took forever to get to work on my vehicle’s transmission and would never provide any meaningful updates when I would call. I ended up sending them a demand letter just to get a refund since my car was there for 2 months and nothing was ever fixed. Save yourself the time and money and look for a better shop!

I’m not a mechanic but I’ve fixed my vehicles in the past and usually find the issue before looking for an answer from somewhere else, however I definitely knew what I was talking about when I got there. I told them the specific problem with my Raptor and I just didn’t have the time to fix it myself. They told me that my shocks, ball joints, tie rods were causing the vibration when it wasn’t coming from the suspension. After “diagnosing” the problem, also told me that the transfer case and my differential needed to be dropped and opened, costing over 1000$ to “find” the problem which I found hilarious, not even mentioning how long that’ll take. Horrible service, owner charged me for a diag, and i agreed for the repair then vehicle was still doing the same thing. He charged me again for another diag and replaced 2 more parts but vehicle kept doing the same. I spente over $500 on everything and he kept ignoring my calls and when he finally called he said it was fixed only to leave and the vehicle was the same. Took it back and he said he fixed my concern but more issues came up. I took it to someone else and he fixed it by changing the mass air flow sensor. Charged me $50. So i spent over $500 for spark plugs and 2 coils yet no fix. He took over 2 weeks with my car and for nothing. Do not waste your money time and money here, it will not only save you money but it will save you from headaches and frustration.
