We had a good experience working with Doug. I called and left a message, and he called me back later that day; they were able to fit me in within a week ahead of a trip with the family in July. Dropped off around 8:30am and I picked up at about 4:45pm. Overall they did a great job and managed to get some chlorinated pool water stains out of the seats, which are still not noticeable even a week or so later.

They were excellent, but not cheap (worth the money, though). I got their "Premier" package, both inside and out, and they did not take shortcuts (got all the nooks and crannies, and little compartments). My car looked fantastic. Their shuttle service was drama free, on time, and service was polite and professional. The best thing to note is that they were honest- I left some cash in the glove compartment and center console (One of the tests I do to see if I will go back to the place), and sure enough, it was safely put into a cardboard box with all the other stuff. Spare change that got stuck in the seats and under the rugs- all put into the box. Nice.

Very professional atmosphere and excellent customer service. They definitely have a lot of loyal customers. Their shuttle drove me to work and back. Afterwards, a technician showed me everything that had been done, and a few days later I got a call asking me how things were looking. Good price also. I will definitely use them the next time I need detailing or other car service. Honestly one of the best businesses I have come across in Ann Arbor.

Pretty legit car detailing service. Had my wife's Jeep cleaned up and in under five hours they had it looking great. Had to call to make the appointment but the staff is friendly and helpful. Will go there again.

Doug provided excellent service, stain is gone, smell is gone, car mats look brand new! Went above and beyond and was able to squeeze me in on an otherwise busy day. Best detailing experience I've had.
