Atwood Autobody Collision and Glass

UPDATED SEE BELOW ORIGNAL POST: June 28 2025. This is the beginning of a long review. This review will be written in stages. 1. Pre repair 2 Post repair On labor day I took my truck to a carwash, the machine malfunctioned, leaving small dents and chips of paint along the passenger side roof edge. The brush malfunctioned. They excepted responsibility for the damages. I had to get 3 estimates. JC Lewis Auto Body, A&L Auto Body and Atwood Auto Body. I have used JC in the past, they did good work but the repair time was ridiculously long. Word of mouth for A& L auto body is fantastic. My concern was they have cars lined up around the building for repairs. I called Atwood because of there 5 star reviews. Mike did the estimate quickly and explained everything to me, he stayed in contact with me

Unfortunately my insurance decided to total out my vehicle so Mr Atwood didn’t get to work on my car. However, as soon as I got into my accident he was highly recommended. He called me and spoke with me immediately. I informed him of the damage to my vehicle and I let him know that this was my first auto accident. He walked me through what to expect with my insurance and he was even more diligent than my insurance was about getting me answers and pushing them to communicate. I was highly impressed by his professionalism and care for his customers. Even though he didn’t get to fix my vehicle for me, my experience with him was great and if I ever need these kinds of services again, I will make sure my car goes to Atwood every time.

Atwood Autobody did an amazing job on my damaged Lincoln Continental. It looks brand new!! They are professional and courteous. My car was finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Mike is a very straightforward, honest, and thoughtful person. He did a great paint job on our Toyota Sequoia. We will recommend him to our friends and family for sure.
