Small town feel meets big city expertise. A recommendation from a friend led me here after hearing I was gonna take my car to Atlanta for a repair. I called and spoke to Harrison and explained what I needed done. He assured me their mechanic knows BMWs very well and quickly sent me over a quote for the job. Not only were they reasonably priced, he said their supplier relationships allow them to be competitive with even the largest shops. They offer a 3 year warranty on workmanship and parts. I could tell when I dropped my car off, nearly every bay had a European vehicle in it. The repair was flawless and the technician even left a note to swing by in 6 months so he can check a seal he said would likely be the next item to require repair. Station One was extremely highly recommended by a community facebook group I am a member of and once I took my car there for a diagnosis I understood why! Tyler has over 15+ years experience with VW’s and is beyond thorough in the diagnostic process. Everyone there is professional, friendly and they try to make a painful process a little easier. Unfortunately I am facing multiple issues requiring maintenance/repair but I will most definitely be having them all done at Station One! Highly recommend them!!

Special thanks to Oscar for completing the alignment on my Ram that I recently lowered. He also pointed out a tie rod that needed to be replaced during my visit which we were able to get replaced same day! Oscar is very knowledgable and I'd recommend him for any auto repairs! I appreciated all the help from the crew at Station One. It was such a blessing to get same day service. Traveling with a disconnected fan and having a brittle radiator was difficult for my family. Its a loaner car from family that we are using while our other, only, car is still in another shop (the 5th on in a span of 3 months with no answers). The care, honesty, and work efficiency really impressed me that im considering moving our personal car in the shop to this one.
