My friend bought a 2016 Chevy Trax from this dealership. She doesn’t know much about cars, and I think they took advantage of her because of that. Just two weeks after the purchase, she had to bring it back due to several issues. They charged her for repairs to the catalytic converter, spark plugs, and coil pack, but even after that, the car still had problems. Frustrated, she decided to keep driving it as-is. Two years later, I got involved and noticed the car still had issues, including problems with the main (larger) catalytic converter and random misfiring. We took it back to the dealership, and they replaced the larger catalytic converter, which fixed one of the error codes—but it cost her $2,200. Laughable. They will put off anything covered under warranty as long as they can, telling you the car is fine, and then take you to the cleaners once your warranty is up. Extensive estimates for everything except what we needed. If you like to get charged roughly 4x more than anywhere else in town, well then by all means go get ripped off here.
