Audi Allentown Service & Repair Center

They are flat out price gaugers and take advantage of local Lehigh valley residents . I called there service department for estimate on just a routine oil change for 2016 Audi a6 3.0. Nothing else. Two of there service advisors ( just to make sure one of them did not make a mistake ) and the price they gave me was $375 tax not included. Seemed extraordinary . So I called Devon Audi ( main line) and Flemington Audi and their price was about $225. I called the corporate Audi office and filed a complaint . I last walked in and asked to speak to the service manager to get a rationale on why there price about $150 more for the same service .. ( again I just asked for routine oil change and nothing else at each of these Audi service centers ) Anyway the service manager had no valid explanation

Stellar customer service is clearly what this facility strives for. From the moment I pulled in to drop my car off, to the communication (and informative video of my vehicle’s status/state in the shop), to picking up my car, I have not a single complaint. Audi Allentown service was great. I appreciate the fact that they check in with you at every turn as the car is being serviced. They send you live video explaining to you what's going on with the vehicle, what needs to be repair. And consult with you first before moving forward with the repairs. That's great service. Their loaner program is excellent, it made me want to upgrade 🤔🤔🤔🤔. I will definitely recommend this business. 💯
