Audi Anchorage Service and Auto Parts

I drove up to from Denver to Anchorage and ran into an issue with my tires’ air pressure. I was able to get a next-day appointment to have my tires looked at and replaced. Spencer was great at checking in with me to let me know the status of my car and a nice lady gave my dog some food and water while we waited at the dealership. I was able to continue on my trip throughout Alaska, up to Tuktoyaktuk, and back down to the lower 48 without any issues. Big thanks!!

I was in the process of buying a used Audi SQ5 but wanted to have a prebuy inspection completed on the vehicle first. This is a car that was originally bought from this dealership and only has 30k miles on it. The lady who answered the phone had no clue what she was doing but could confidently tell me they will not do such an inspection. I tried to call back to verify with someone else and went to voicemail. My wife and I have owned several Audi's in the past and we love them, the only thing that keeps us away is the dealer. We seem to have a bad experience every single time we deal with these people.

Spencer is always so prompt and proactive in assisting with auto repair issues. The mechanical team did a quick and thorough review and I love the onsite video summary.
