Had a great service experience, thanks to Steve Aponte. He went out of his way to accommodate repair of my s5, which had a coolant leak. He ensured I had a loaner to get to and from work while the work was being done and helped me navigate an extended warranty that was covering most of the repairs. He was professional, friendly, and the communication made the whole process seamless. Everything was above and beyond expectation, Thanks again!

Charged me several hundred dollars for 50k service which was just an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, no repairs. Ripoff.

Audi Cary is amazing! They are always accommodating and patient. I have an old (2015) Q7, and they treat her like she’s brand new. I usually work with Edie, and she is fantastic. AJ with loaners is the sweetest soul and never seems to be frazzled even though they are always busy. They are professional, take care of my car every time and make me feel welcome. Yes the service is pricey, but maybe some complaining customers forget they are driving an Audi🤷🏻‍♀️. Thank you Audi Cary. You are rockstars!

I got my service done on Memorial Day, and it definitely made my day unmemorable. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation for the first time at this location. A few hours after the service, the low tire pressure warning appeared on my way home. I immediately returned to the service department to get the issue resolved. After turning off the warning sign, instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, a staff member named Chance and a mechanic accused me of intentionally over-inflating the tire, stating that the manufacturer's guideline is 30 psi, but the vehicle's tire had 40 psi. Already frustrated about wasting time, gas, and mileage on this unnecessary trip, this accusation blew my mind. I left without further conversation because I was about to lose my composure.

Quoted me $2000 for a problem I ultimately fixed myself by two hours of my grossly underskilled labor and a $70 part I sourced for $20. A parking brake cable broke, right next to the handle--not in any exotic remote location--and they want $2000. I explained, this is a cheap part, and it is right here in front of you, totally accessible. A wholly analog old-school cable type, with what looks like a bicycle brake cable. Yeah, no. My fix is just fine nine months later. The good news is, this experience made me a DIYer. So I can thank them for that.
