Everyone from the gentlemen in valet, to the service writers were all so helpful and welcoming. I had work at 9am and brought my car for drop off around 8am, I was prepared to be a little late for work since I know check in, especially when requesting a loaner , can take some time. But to my surprise, check in was insanely quick and I made it to work well before 9am. Again everyone there was very helpful and greeted me right away. The advisor kept us informed the entire time which was very much appreciated. The service lane, and waiting area and the building in general is kept very nice and clean and was pleasantly festive for the holidays, love this dealership and would return again when needed.

Made an appointment and brought the car in. Was greeted by a young man who took down my information and I went to the service desk where Theresa prepared the work order. The scheduled work was explained with approximate cost and I left. I was sent a video by the tech who was working on the car, explaining all that was being done to it. A few hours later I received a call saying the car was ready and I could pick it up. When I came back the car was washed and looked great. I paid the cashier and drove home. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and high recommend the service department. Everyone was very professional and friendly an a pleasure to work with

I had an excellent experience with the service department at Cherry Hill Audi, in particular, Teresa. The team was professional, efficient, and Teresa kept me informed throughout the entire process. They explained the work clearly, completed everything on time, and made the visit smooth and hassle-free.

This was my first experience at Audi Cherry Hill Service and everyone was exceptional. I was in and out so quickly, with a loaner, and my vehicle was ready by end of day. I will definitely return here for all service issues.
