Audi Minneapolis Service Department

I'm always very pleased with the customer service I receive at Audi Minneapolis. Everyone is friendly and greets you when you arrive. Derek Tiedke explained what general maintenance was due for my car and helped me make informed decisions. The waiting area is very comfortable, and the technician got the maintenance finished quickly.

I want to give a huge thank you to Ryan and the service team working on Saturday, Dec 20th. I brought my Q5 in for a brake warning light diagnostic, and it turned out I needed rear brakes. Even though it was a busy Saturday, Ryan was able to fit the repair in so I didn’t have to reschedule or make a second trip. I truly appreciate the team going the extra mile to save me time. Excellent service at Audi Minneapolis! Thank You!!

Had a drive system malfunction warning on my 2025 Audi A5. Tony Moe helped with identifying the issue and was able to get the service completed while I waited vs. picking up a loaner. The diagnostic took a little longer than usual but Tony kept me informed the entire process and felt like the issue was able to be addressed immediately. Tony has always done a great job and appreciate working through him for service.

Jason Burton was fantastic! Exceptional customer service. I had noticed I left my garage opener in my loaner car. When I called and asked about it, he had already located it and was working on shipping it to me. Thanks again.
