Audi Orange Park Service Department

I am a long time, loyal customer and while there has been an occasional hiccup, the service department has always earned my trust and repeat business. Rachel King has been a superstar for me and Carlos Drake (Parts Manager) has driven my car home more than once when there was a snafu with the timing of the return. I spoke with Vaughn a couple of weeks ago about an issue and learned that Audi (corp) has removed their (red cap) concierge service and the dealership has supplemented this service with their own staff. When I shared my location (1 hour away) Vaughn said that he only had two drivers and our pickup would require both of them. I brought my brand new Audi Q3, which was only two weeks old, to Audi Orange Park Service Department for a couple of issues. The license plate bracket anchors were completely stripped, making it impossible to change the license plate, and the windshield wipers were stuttering and skipping when turned on. They did a great job resolving the wiper issue by replacing the wiper blades and cleaning the windshield, which had wax buildup on it. However, when it came to the license plate bracket, they tried to charge $630 to replace it, stating it was "aftermarket," even though it came with the vehicle. While traveling to St. Augustine from Chattanooga, TN - the low oil warning light came on my Q8. I called the service department and Frank told me to bring my car in and he would take care of it. Frank was so reassuring and quickly got me back on the road to enjoy my vacation!! What an AWESOME experience thanks to Frank!! Would definitely bring my car here for service if I lived in the area.
