Sloppy work by the mechanics. This review is for management and quality control. I have had my vehicle serviced here multiple times, but the last visit was not very satisfactory. I brought my vehicle in for an oil light. Was told it is normal for vehicle to burn up to 1 qt of oil. Solution is to add more oil (ok, skeptical). Other issue was concerning a breather valve. Audi changed it at no charge because it was within warranty. Brought car home, only to find a puddle of some fluid underneath. Brought it in again. They "fixed it". Brought it home, same deal. Apparently when they replaced the breather valve, some part that was "old" got damaged in the process. They replaced it again for no charge, and it hasn't leaked since. We've been driving an Audi for years, working with three or four locations. The most recent dealership is Audi of Peabody (MA), and it has been by far the best experience. One of the things that makes it so is the service department, headed by Jim Miscioscia. Jim has gone to great lengths to accommodate us. For example, my wife uses a wheelchair, so when we need loaner, we need a sedan, and Jim makes sure that we get one. And when we need a valet, he makes that happen too. The service itself is first-rate---problems are addressed and fixed on the first try, all expertly explained. I intend to keep our 2020 A3 for a long time, and working with Jim will ensure that the vehicle will stay running like new. Al Cuoco

Avoid business with service consultant, Jim M, at all costs. The individual has 0 customer service experience and is the most disrespectful customer service rep I've ever encountered. He claims to have been with the business for years and very knowledgable but not only does he not know how to treat a customer, he also doesn't know what the policy states on Audi's website regarding services. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I moved up north but still travel to Peabody Audi for all my service needs. No one should ever be treated the way Jim treated me. My wife and I have used Audi Peabody Service Center for years, recent experiences have been poor and we will switch. The last 3 appointments we have had were cancelled last minute because they were "out of loaner cars". They ask you to reschedule and that typically takes weeks to set up, and then they cancel again anyhow. The reason provided today for the lack of loaners? "Too many recalls" to work on. This has been going on for months, the true reason there are no loaners is because the management team is over scheduling the service center, they are systemically creating shortages with zero accountability. Audi Peabody all in all is a bad experience. Bought my car there which that was the only good thing. Talked to the head manager trying to find the answers to my questions and he was giving me attitude, talking over me loudly, and honestly seemed miserable… you don’t treat customers like that. Clearly can’t handle his job. Chris in service tried telling me my car fax were illegal to give & that I needed to call some number to Massachusetts 😂, this place is really unprofessional, unfriendly, and overall unpleasant. It’s not illegal to know what was done on your vehicle. They hear a young woman over the phone and think oh she’s dumb. Go to Audi in BURLINGTON you’ll be so satisfied. Save yourself the hassle because I wish I could’ve.
