John was a rockstar! He helped me out when no one else would, took his time to get the right information and sure saved the day for our shop! We appreciate John very much. For some reason, this parts department wants a photocopy of your ID and credit card in order to fulfill and pick up an online order. No one could explain why this is their policy. And rather than try to sell me the part over the counter without everything needed to steal my identity, they let me leave upset. I regret buying my car here if this is how they treat you when you need a part.

I brought my car in for some factory warranty work in September of 2020 and was impressed at the level of training of the support people and counter agents. Professional, courteous, competent. But it's the little things that impress. In particular, the fellow that cleaned up my car after the service work was outstanding. I mean the car looked like it had been detailed inside and out. Not your "garden variety" quick vacuum and hose off the outside. Way above the standard that we have learned to expect.

We met with Alex Hoffman for a test drive and he was great. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him for your car needs.

I ordered a part a few days ago, but when I showed up to pick it up I realized it was the wrong part. They did refund my money as it was a discounted product.
