Wow…well that was the worst service!! I drove all the way from Sutton QC to potentially drop 5K into my vehicle and was met by the grumpiest, least helpful person ever. She was unable to answer some of my questions so I asked about speaking to the owner/installer and was told “he works only in the morning, and is finished for the day”…this was at 10:30am !!!!! The displays were great, the sound room had some nice looking choices, it was clean and really nice shop…but I needed help, and got very little, and with ATTITUDE. This is a major investment in my truck, and I would appreciate feeling valued as a client. Next stop, Burlington I guess🤷🏼♂️
It took me along time to get an appointment...but it was worth the wait. Very Profesional in every aspect. They took my Jeep JK in at the hour agreed and finished an hour earlier- replacing my factory radio with upgrade radio/Bluetooth and speakers. They stuck to their original quote and passed on the labor savings to my bill.Very happy.
Tanner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my issues and quickly, which another branch was unable to do. Wish I'd gone here first.
The owner saved me , we had prepaid SIM cards that were not working and he found a solution ! Super nice
