Great customer service! We were driving through town and needed a tire. Service was quick. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

We were prepping to go on 2000 mile trip. We had a leak in front tire , we stopped by OReillys and they recommended Derby Tire. We drove there and they took us right in.

Kim and the crew at Derby Tire were great. Last minute I called her needing to get my studded winter tires off in a hurry and some new tires on for an upcoming road trip out of state. The tires that I wanted put on were a little thin on tread, so that wasn't going to work. Luckily they found some tires in stock and had them on for me within a few hours. I greatly appreciate the excellent service on short notice!

great customer service installing tires on my tractor. brought in the wheels and they did the rest. took maybe an hour and I was back out in the field. thank you

We had a wonderful experience at Derby Tire. We were faced with a very leaky, audibly hissing tire. Another establishment refused to help us (boo!), but when we pulled into Derby Tire, they were able to fix our tire almost immediately and we were out of there in less than an hour. Amazing customer service!
