Great experience having a dash cam installed! A piece was missing from the dash cam I ordered off of Amazon and didn’t realize it until audio werks called me to let me know. They were able to find the piece in their shop and were able to finish the job for me. Super quick super nice! And I’m almost positive they put air in my tires (one of them was low when I dropped it off) which is a nice surprise!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Matt did on my RAV4 at Audiowerks! He installed a custom cross bar kit and tinted my windows, and both turned out absolutely perfect. From start to finish, Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to explain all my options, made solid recommendations, and delivered high-quality work with great attention to detail. The cross bars look amazing and are super secure, and the window tint is flawless — smooth, clean, and just the right shade. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. These guys are experts at what they do. My truck wouldn’t start so I took it to the dealership. After having my truck for 4 days, the dealership couldn’t figure it out the problem. Since I had a hunch it was an electrical issue I asked the guys at Audiowerks to take a look. In less 30 minutes they identified the problem, fixed it, and checked over the system for any other potential issues. I’ve gone to these guys thrice now for various things and they always come through with knowledge and precision. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service! Very happy with my sound system. The guys did not do wrong by me at all! I highly recommend them for any service they offer! Best in the business and they were very technical and trust and more important very knowledgeable in this field. I’ve had a few sound systems over the year and when I came to them I was in a real jam up. The boys got me right and now my Honda slaps hard with the kenwood I have installed. I had previous equipment already set up just unfortunately it had died on me 2 weeks into install from help of a buddy / co worker. These guys do not mess around! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it ! No issues at all! Love the bass and boy does it hit hard. Thank you!
