Brought a f350 with door damage and rear door not opening. From the start Jay was very informative and professional over the phone. Gave us 3 options with different pricing and explained all the details. Followed through with what was promised and truck looks better than it has since it was purchased I’d say. Detail job looks amazing. Great communication through the entire repair and will definitely be doing more business in the future. Get what you pay for and for the work that was done I’d say it was worth the money spent

Mitchell's Auto Body was great to work with and they provided me with all the details I needed to make an informed decision about the repairs to my car. Jayce was forth coming with how long things could take but he was very communicative. I was rear-ended which caused a lot of damage to the under carriage but once repaired it runs as good as it did before, maybe even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Jayce does an outstanding job. Both of our vehicle were hit this year and he did a fantastic job repairing both of them. Communication is outstanding and always kept me up to date with every step. He even worked with enterprise to have my rental picked up and left at his shop to make it easier for me. Always returns phone calls and answers any question you have. Hard to find honest people who do quality work these days, but Jayce is a good one. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t bring my vehicles anywhere else.

Jayce is so detail oriented and actually takes the time to explain the steps needed for repairs he’s unlike any auto body specialist I’ve met. During my quick visit at his shop to get an estimate for my car I actually learned a lot from him. I highly recommend going to Mitchell’s auto body if you care about your car as much as I do.
