I had a serendipitous experience. My truck broke down on the way to Denver. Thankfully I was able to make it to this truck stop in Hays, KS. I went inside to ask cashier if she had any numbers for local mobile semi truck mechanics. At that moment, a customer checking out, Matthew, said he works for a semi truck mechanic, said he was there fueling up for a call he was on but said he would call another mechanic to see if he's available. So Matthew called Dayne, from same company. Dayne said he was just 1 mile away. Perfect! He showed up, found problem, fixed problem, I was back on the road within 2 hours. 😁😁😁 If in the Hays, KS area in need of a mechanic, call this place and ask for Dayne and Matthew. Great experience!

At the end of march my car broke down. My then boyfriend and I took it to Auggies to see what was up with it. Come to find out the engine is no good. We agree to replace it along with a few other things. When getting my car back (3 weeks later) it still drove funky. Lately it was getting worse despite staying on top of maintenance. Come to find out, when the new motor was being put back in and the rest of the car being put back they did not put one of the transmission mount bolts back in and now it is causing some pretty serious issues. Small issues they aren’t a bad option, big repairs and rebuilds I would not, especially for $90+ an hour for labor…

Our tire flew off on the highway while we were road tripping. Matthew and his team were amazing and super helpful with getting us everything we needed to get back on the road that same day. By far the best mechanics we’ve come across. Highly recommended :)

These Guys Truly Know there Engine's! Repaired my Motorhome within an hour and had it back up and running! Even noticed that my cruise control cable was un-hooked and gave me Cruise control again! Awesome Job Guys!!!!

The Craig Curse of the Chevy Colorado strikes again!! 🤯. This time 0.1 miles from our hotel in Hays. Truck broke down 6 hours from home while on a 9 day road trip with my dad, my dog and my 17 year old cat. Augie's Repair & Towing to the rescue. Matthew is AMAZING!! I was back on the road in less than 24 hours.
