Firts time i when there to buy a starter for my Truck Randall was really nice and helpful. Starter when out 3 months later took it back this last Friday and Randall took care i gave me my money back. After searching around for a starter i decided to go back and buy another one from them. But this time the story was different. This short Hispanic lady start been rude from the very beginning With a really bad attitude and i just ask her if is everything was ok and she start giving me a really bad attitude so i decided to leave the store and go somewhere else but before i left the store i could hear her curse at my back. So unprofessional and disrespectful person, never again going back to this store.

We needed a clutch part for one of my fleet trucks. We called several places (national chain stores) and the person that answered the phone was zero help in locating the hard to find part we needed. At Austin Brake and Clutch supply, the person that answered was very knowledgeable and was able to source the part we needed. It was delivered over the weekend. On a side note, the two people we spoke with Sabian and (can't remember the other guys name) were very helpful and seemed excited to help us. This was a great experience from a local shop, with local, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this business!
