Austin Brothers Tire Service

A warning light in our car went on, and we took it to Austin Brothers to get checked out due to its high Google ratings. Actually, we took it to Firestone first (poor ratings,) who quickly told us we needed to replace the catalytic converter to the tune of several hundred dollars. That didn't sound quite right. After running diagnostic tests, Austin Brothers told us there was no discernable problem but if something major turned up, to take the car to a recommended mechanic. (The warning light might be a glitch.) They did not charge us for this work. So far, there have been no problems. Austin Brothers has been around a long time and has earned its excellent reputation.

Outstanding service, timely repairs, knowledgeable crew; couldn’t ask for a better experience and will definitely continue to do business with them.

This place is awesome!! I flew in from out of state to help my daughter drive and move to Florida. Her car needed new tires and some maintenance done. I walked in without an appointment and they got her car serviced and road worthy in a short amount of time. Bonus - they even gave me a ride to and from her place so I could continue packing and getting ready for the trip. Thank you Austin Brothers!!

I’ve been going to Austin Brothers for years. They’ve never charged me to patch my tire. This last time, I needed one in a hurry and they got me in and out in 20 minutes on a busy day. I didn’t tell them that I had to leave for a long drive that same morning. They are just good guys and will do what they can. When I needed tires replaced, they are fair and honest. I highly, highly recommend!

What a bunch of sweethearts. They gave me a ride to my nearby office so I wouldn’t have to sit in the waiting area all day. They also understand that tires are expensive, and will work to find the right tire to fit your budget. And they’re super-nice. Their Conway place is great too.
