I have been going to another Ford dealership in the cities for 2 years with my vehicle for oil changes and paying out of pocket, letting my points expire because they never explained them to me or asked if I would like to use them before! Negligence and Refusal to Honor Warranty—Avoid This Dealership I purchased a $16,000 vehicle from this dealership with a Ford Blue Guarantee and a “top of the line” inspection. Though technically just outside the warranty period, I took my due diligence and had the car serviced early when an appointment was available. During that service, a third-party mechanic discovered an oversized, non-standard drain plug in the oil pan—an issue that was either overlooked or caused by the selling/servicing dealership. With no parts available till the next day they were able to put something together to get me down the road and I made it home.
