Austin INFINITI - Parts Department

I have been a loyal Infiniti of Austin customer for 3 years, and until recently, the service was excellent. Ever since Tony left the parts department, however, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. On Saturday, Troy promised me that a part would be ordered overnight and ready by Tuesday. After making me wait over 30 minutes, he first said it hadn’t arrived, then claimed he found it only for me to discover that Lyon had mistakenly ordered it under the wrong account. Because of the confusion and wasted time, Troy promised free delivery. I have never paid a delivery fee with Infiniti, especially since we have a commercial account and have spent thousands of dollars here over the years. Best service when I came in there was no sign where it showed me where the part department is But I went around I saw someone asked him You know and he pointed me to the right direction when I went to the door I just asked to make sure this is parts department they said yes they even opened the door for me. The gentleman working at the parts department very professional answered all my questions and literally got me what I needed in 10 seconds I didn't even have to wait. Hands down the best dealership experience I've had until now.
