I recently sought an estimate for the cost of repairing my vehicle's rear bumper. After an estimator here conducted a visual inspection and obtained a second quote from another repair shop, I contacted this shop to finalize the scheduling and resolve the matter before bringing my car in. I spoke with the estimator, who was polite and helpful. Still, I was surprised that they refused to provide even a rough estimate of the repair time, despite my clear explanation that I was paying out of pocket and fully understood that it wouldn’t be a guaranteed timeline. I wasn’t asking for precision, just a general high/low range based on their experience once they had completed the teardown. However, the estimator stated that they couldn’t provide any estimate until after that point, which made it im

Incompetent/unfinished work & HORRIBLE communication from Nathan Sanchez. I would have never chosen this place to do work on my car, but since the dealership was at fault for my damages, they chose this place for repairs. Anytime I called to get updates or information on my vehicle, Nathan was demeaning & dehumanizing. I thought maybe it was just me & not having a lot of background knowledge on cars, but no. I brought their shoddy work over to Pro Tech Body Shop (amazing work always) and the owner there called Nathan for answers to why my car's repairs are incomplete & he was also demeaning to the owner, who does have the knowledge I lack. They did the bare minimum to get my car out of their garage, they gave it back misaligned, suspension shot, shaking & whirring whenever it was in mot

I'm a person who believes in giving people the opportunity to right their wrong and this body shop still didn't correct the problem. My bumper is still not corrected after repairs and the customer service is horrible. This last time that I was there, my rep and his fellow co-worker, whom he had helping with my car, stood in their offices, saw me standing in the front of the lobby, totally ignored me as one of them communicationed thru silent hand/mouth jesters to the receptionist, about me and my car. They never said a word to me. Totally unprofessional. When I initially told my rep about the problems that I saw with my car, as soon as I got it back, he insisted that I caused the problem. Which was not true. Now everytime anyone else, walks up to my car, I have to hear, "I thought u just

From the moment I heard the telltale sound of being rear-ended, I knew it was going to be a bad month thereafter. Fortunately, Austin-Round Rock Collision Center was there to ease the pain. They ordered parts ahead of drop-off so I could keep my vehicle as long as possible. Then, they kept me informed the entire time on the progress of my repairs. They accepted direct payment from my insurance company and returned my car in pristine condition. I felt like I was driving home in a brand new car!

Horrible, absolutely incompetent. Do not trust them with your repair. You will receive zero communication, extensive time delays, and lots of surprise costs. It took 12 weeks to repair a broken window. They didn’t even look at the car for almost a month. They were unable or unwilling to provide any time estimates or updates. We should have moved the car to another shop, any other shop. This shop is owned by BMW of North Austin. Do not take their recommendation to have service done here.
