If I could leave a worse review I would. After my Father bought a transmission assembly he found several parts were missing. We called and they said they would ship, so we gave them a card number to pay for shipping. After about a week and no parts arriving, I called back and they said the card had been declined. Not sure how it was declined since it was my business card, with plenty in the bank. None the less I called back to check the number or give them another to use. I was promptly told I would have to call back later in the afternoon. When I asked if this was what they called service, I was told to have a nice day and hung up on. It was alright, we only stopped to ask for directions. The guy looked at us kinda crazy but he turned out to be a really nice guy. He didn't know where the place that we were looking for was either, but he told us to have a nice day.

Absolutely would not recommend. The guy was insanely rude and inconsiderate to the customer. Wouldn’t let her go down the street to get the remaining $20 (since he added extra charges on from his original quote) and was completely rude.

I called to check on parts and was told they were in stock. They were rims that are hard to find, especially in a set. I drove 60 miles to their yard, only to be informed that it was a yard where you take the parts off yourself. The man I had spoken to on the phone failed to mention that fact when I told him I was coming to get them. Before I left my house, I had asked him if he could mount the rims on my vehicle and he said no. That might have been a good time to inform me that I would have to remove the rims myself when I got there, but he didn’t. Because of his negligence and non-caring attitude, I drove a 120 mile round trip for nothing. I would rather dive into a pool of my own vomit that ever do business with them.
