Terrible customer service with nasty attitudes. The owners daughter sold me a vehicle for about $9000 within a month the transmission is gone. They want to put me on a payment plan to pay for the repairs. Currently I have a car that is not drivable, car runs but will not move. I know I bought a used car as is but no transmission issues disclosed currently contacting a lawyer. STAY AWAY! In the state of Kentucky a car can be considered as a lemon up to 12,000 miles!

I got a car there about 2 months ago. It's got a few issues but tell me a used car that don't. Even new ones has issues. Ive shopped around for a used car and other places over priced them. I've seen post where they sale the contract out to finance company's. That does not bother me a bit. They treat me like family every time I go in there no matter if I'm buying a vehicle or not. Thank you Austin's for keeping great and friendly people. I'll be buying again.

Applied for a 500 dollar down car from here seemed like nice people but when I was signing paper work I was asked to stay through them or report through a finance place and I elected to stay with them. After a month or two this changed and I was told to pay a third party which is the finance place which I didnt want to go through. Didn't seem like a problem until here recently when I asked for a total remaining balance and it was way higher than the money I actually owe. The reason for this is the finance place added money to the cost and now have to pay over a thousand dollars which was not agreed upon by me at original signing. For the most part, they are great people to work with. The blonde haired girl named Cassie is very condescending to everyone. I dread even dealing with her on buying a car. We have been long time customers and she still talks to us like we are beneath her. I put up with her mouth because of her dad, but we are looking at other places to shop because of her. Fix her mouth and they are worth 5 stars.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I bought a car from them that lasted a week. Then when I contacted them about it they told me they just got that car in the day I bought it and they didn’t tell me that when I was there. Then they told me they gave us keys to test drive four different cars which they did not. They were very rude with there service and I would NOT recommend this car lot
