This is the only automotive specialist I come to since I have purchased my vehicle in 2020. They always take care of me. This is the only location I like. Terrence Underwood is an amazing employee. He always has the best customer service and even has normal conversations with you.!! And then the manager!!! Emery If you want the job done right he make sure it’s done. He’s a great boss and he always make sure I’m taken care of.! Everything about this place is feels like home

Austin Automotive Specialists went above and beyond for me. I was five hours away from home and stressed about getting my car taken care of, but their team was incredibly professional, helpful, and reassuring from start to finish. They clearly explained everything, did top-quality work, and somehow managed to get me in and out within a single day. The quality of their work and their customer service truly stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially given the situation. Hands down one of the best automotive shops I’ve dealt with—highly recommend. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve been coming here for about 3-4 years now and have always had a great experience. The team here has fixed my rotors, switched out my brakes, fixed my alternator, my clock spring, oil changes, you name it, they have probably fixed it. They’re knowledgeable, work with you, give fair prices, and have always given fantastic customer service. I tell my friends to go, and are the only shop I actually recommend to anyone asking for a shop to go to.

I’ve brought two different vehicles here, and both times this shop identified issues that others could not. First, my 2019 RAV4 wouldn't start and had a dashboard full of warning lights. A local parts store tested the battery and told me it was fine, but I knew something was wrong. I brought it here, and they correctly diagnosed a bad battery and a faulty knock sensor. They installed an AGM battery and an OEM sensor. Five months later, the car is still running perfectly. Even more impressive was my experience with my brand new 2025 Mazda CX-5. It had a clunking noise that the dealership couldn't figure out (they tried fixing the brakes, but the noise remained).
