Austin's Collision and Custom Bodyworks

I had an outstanding experience with Austin's Collision. I was in an accident during the holidays and my normal auto shop recommended I take my car here. AC sent a tow truck to my home, covered the fee, then when the at fault insurance company was being a huge pain to deal with, AC took care of everything and fought for me to get the appropriate parts for my repair. They were also very nice and provided excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

I don't normally leave reviews but I like to give credit where credit is due. I was in an auto accident in August of this year. I called several different places before making a decision. I ultimately decided on using Austins Collision and Custom Bodyworks and I am so happy that I did. They were kind and respectful. Most importantly I never felt like I needed to have my husband or dad go with me because they were upfront, honest and respectful. They handled payment with my insurance so I did not have to deal with any of it. To top it all off, aside from the work being completed on my car quickly and well done.
