Jason was amazing, got me right in last minute on a Saturday and had it fixed up when he said he would. No BS, just straight up answers to all my crazy questions. 10-10 would recommend!
Great service at a very reasonable price! My 88 year old mom and I had traveled from SW Missouri to CB for her class reunion in Missouri Valley. When we got to Missouri Valley Saturday evening about 5 our car started sputtering and not wanting to go. We pulled in to Casey’s and I googled auto mechanics open on Saturdays in CB. Authentic Auto Repair popped up and he had great reviews. I called and he said he could look at it that night if it got there in time. The tow truck dropped it off about 7:30 and he said he would be in touch. He texted about 9:30 and said it needed a new coil assembly and 4 new spark plugs at a very reasonable price! We came in for an event in Omaha and our check engine light came on about half an hour outside of the city. The next morning we contacted Jason and it was towed to his place within an hour and within 2 hours it was totally diagnosed and all fixed by the end of the day! He fixed my car very efficiently without being too costly. And now I even get better gas mileage than I got in the past!
Great help, would recommend! Car started shaking and check engine light started flashing on my way to Omaha. I was stranded out on highway 92. It was almost 7 pm. I called Jason and he had a tow truck there quickly! Had it towed to his place in Omaha. I was quite skeptical since his shop is in Council bluffs. He and his daughter quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed all within a couple hours. I am very grateful for their willingness to help and their kindness. -Tyler
